Description
To contract the Training and Formation Services for the team of professionals of an Alternative Residential Care Program in Concepción and a specialized Outpatient Program in Coronel, in order to address highly traumatic events, enhancing the competencies of the teams, through group accompaniment and intervention. The support to both intervention instances is seen as an opportunity to provide containment and strengthen their resources, so that they can effectively therapeutically accompany the children and adolescents with whom they work, as well as promote the recognition of personal and collective potentialities, allowing them to face difficulties, favor the elaboration of loss, identify opportunities and promote the development of resources and resilient aspects in the face of the event occurred.
