Description

The subject of the Order is to perform the work consisting in supplying and launching at the Ordering Party a system for monitoring and managing a fleet of 2,000 vehicles with the use of GPS technology, hereinafter referred to as the GPS System.2. The Contractor shall perform the Agreement in the following scope: a) supply, install and start up in the Ordering Party's company vehicles:i. GPS devices - 2 000 pcs., ii. sensors of additional devices - 500 pcs., iii. fuel probes - 200 pcs., iv. two-state switches (private/service driving) - 80 units; b) provide and implement GPS System software on the IT infrastructure of the Employer and provide the required licenses for GPS System software; c) provide, together with the required licenses, the Mobile Application for the Employee's smartphones, enabling communication with the GPS System; d) ensure integration of the GPS System with the existing systems of the Employer: i. Fleet management system PasCom FLOTA II,ii. Central Map Server,iii. Central Access Control System,iv. SIEM (Security Information and Event Management);e) provide the Ordering Party with training for 10 (ten) administrators and 100 (hundred) end users of the GPS System;f) prepare and provide the Ordering Party with design documentation and as-built documentation;g) provide the Ordering Party with warranty service within 24 months from the date of final acceptance of the GPS System implementation;h) provide the Ordering Party with additional support services within 24 months from the date of final acceptance of the GPS System implementation in the amount of 400 man-hours.3 A detailed description of the subject of the Order is included in Appendix 1 to the ToR.
