Description

The City of Münster - citeq is setting up a dynamic procurement system for the digitisation of paper files. The dynamic procurement system will initially run until 30.12.2015.
During this period, it is planned to digitise approx. 170,000 paper files for various offices and institutions of the city of Münster. The concrete service description will be published with each individual order. For each individual order, an EVB-IT service contract including an annex "Order processing in accordance with Art. 28 EU-DSGVO" will be concluded. The evaluation of the offers will be carried out according to the simplified performance/price method according to UfAB. The contract will be awarded to the most economical (most favourably priced) bid among all bids. The applicants must meet the required proof of suitability (see Form 315 EU).
