The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, will procure for Camera Inspection and Video Cleaning Services for Tioga Dam and Mansfield Levee System located in Tioga County, Pennsylvania on Tioga River within and between the boroughs of Tioga and Mansfield, PA.
