Technical/administrative testing of the so-called "Node Works" or the works and services inherent to the works of the Genoa Railway Node as established by Decree Law No. 32 of April 18, 2019 (converted, with amendments, by Art. 1, paragraph 1, Law No. 55 of June 14, 2019, so-called.
