"technical administrative testing service in progress of the works carried out by the Contractor formed in RTI ″Hitachi Rail STS S.p.A. (principal) - Eredi Giuseppe Mercuri S.p.A. (principal) - Comesvil S.p.A. (principal)″, governed by Agreement no. 30/2020 and having as its object the ″executive design and contract execution of the works for the construction of the Central Computerized Multi-station ACC-M Apparatus, including SCMT, Telecommunication systems and Safety, Security and HVAC systems for the technological buildings (provided for in another contract), from Bivio Cassino (e) (coinciding with pk 245+131 of the Rome-Naples Historic Line) to Caserta (e) (coinciding with pk 215+680 of the Rome-Naples Historic Line), excluding the Cancello station, and from Bivio PM Maddaloni (i) (coinciding with pk 224+312 LS RM-NA) to Frasso Telesino (i) (coinciding with pk 15+338 of the new Cancello-Frasso Telesino section, as well as related secondary works″, pursuant to Art. 50, co. 5 and 168 of Legislative Decree 36/2023.
