PUBLIC INVITATION TO TENDER

PROJECT: CUSTOM-MADE BULLET-PROOF VESTS FOR POLICE OFFICERS / TWO (2)-YEAR TERM: FEBRUARY 1, 2025 TO JANUARY 31, 2027 / THREE (3) ONE-YEAR RENEWAL OPTIONS

The Régie intermunicipale de police Thérèse-De Blainville (Régie) is issuing a public call for tenders for the following project:

DESCRIPTION:

The Régie wishes to award a contract for custom-made bullet-proof vests for its police personnel, for a two (2) year term (February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2027) and including three (3) renewal options of one (1) year each.

TENDER OPENING :

Tenders in sealed envelopes, bearing the name of the above-mentioned project, and addressed to the Régie at the attention of the corporate secretariat, 150, boulevard Ducharme, Sainte-Thérèse, J7E 4R6, will be received until 2 p.m. on Thursday, December 12, 2024, to be publicly opened as soon as possible after 2 p.m.

DOCUMENT AVAILABILITY :

The tender document is available on the SÉAO website at www.seao.ca as of Wednesday, November 13, 2024.

TENDER GUARANTEE :

Each bid must be accompanied by a banker's draft representing five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid (taxes included) made payable to the Régie intermunicipale de police Thérèse-De Blainville, which will be retained by the Régie as a performance bond for the duration of the contract.

OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE SAMPLES :

Product samples must be analyzed by the Régie as part of this project. Samples must be received by the Régie no later than 4:30 p.m. on November 22, 2024.

ELIGIBILITY :

For the purposes of awarding contracts, only bids from suppliers with a place of business in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the Régie will be considered.

RESERVATION :

The Régie does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, nor to incur any liability or costs of any kind to the bidder(s).
