View Changes This is Request for Proposal (RFP) for CUSTODIAL SERVICE AT MARINE CORPS INSTALLATIONS (MCI-PAC) CAMP SMEDLEY D. BUTLER, OKINAWA, JAPAN. The resulting contract will include a single-award Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type performance-based service contract comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring work requirements for a 12-month base period and six (6) one-year option periods.  Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded and performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. Contractors must be duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws,decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract. Proof of the offeror’s ability to legitimately conduct business in Japan. See RFP for more details. Please request access for Attachment 1, 3 and 4(a) through 4(j) from SAM. The proposal due date is Japan Standard Time (JST).
