The Municipality plans to replace a 3,300 mm diameter culvert on chemin du Lac Hamelin.
Purpose of contract: The Municipality plans to replace a 3,300 mm diameter culvert on chemin du Lac Hamelin. The successful bidder will be required to carry out the work in accordance with the plans and specifications produced by the municipality, dated August 27, 2024.
The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and declines all liability to any of the bidders in the event that all bids are rejected. The contract is awarded by decision of the Municipality's Council, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
