Granting a long-term bank loan in the amount of PLN 5,664,933.00 for:- financing the budget deficit of PLN 2,733,933.00,- repayment of previously contracted credits and loans in the amount of PLN 2,931,000.00.
3.1 The subject of the contract is granting a credit in the amount of PLN 5,664,933.00 for: - financing the budget deficit in the amount of PLN 2,733,933.00, - repayment of previously contracted credits and loans in the amount of PLN 2,931,000.00.The loan covers the following parameters:1. the loan period: from signing the agreement to December 31st 2034.2. the grace period in capital repayments: to December 30th 2021.3. repayment of capital instalments after the grace period in annual instalments from December 31st 2021 to December 31st 2034, payable at the end of each year, as follows:- 2021 - PLN 54 440, - 2022 - PLN 7 360, - 2023 - PLN 7 360, - 2024 - PLN 7 360, - 2025 - PLN 307 360, - 2026 - PLN 307 360, - 2027 - PLN 307 360,- 2028 - 201 400 PLN,- 2029 - 300 000 PLN,- 2030 - 870 000 PLN,- 2031 - 870 000 PLN,- 2032 - 570 000 PLN,- 2033 - 903 933 PLN,- 2034 - 951 000 PLN.If repayment of capital instalments falls on a day off - repayment will take place on the day preceding the day off. 4The interest installments will be repaid monthly, from December 2020 to December 2034, payable at the end of each month.5 Method of interest calculation: based on the base rate WIBOR 1M, increased by the Contractor's fixed margin (with reference to the actual number of days in the year 365/366).6 Possible bank commission not exceeding 0.1% of the loan value.7Collateral: blank bill of exchange with a bill of exchange declaration (with countersignature of the Treasurer of the Lubicz Municipality).8. Possibility of paying off part or all of the credit earlier than the one resulting from the schedule, without incurring any additional costs.9. Pursuant to Article 29(3a) of the PPL Act, the Ordering Party requires that a Contractor, subcontractor or further subcontractor be hired by a Contractor, sub-contractor or further subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract to perform all activities that are part of the so-called direct costs. This requirement applies to persons who perform activities directly related to the performance of services, i.e. employees servicing a bank loan.3.4. The Contractor undertakes that employees performing activities directly related to the handling of a bank loan will be employed under an employment contract for the duration of their work within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974. - The Contracting Authority does not allow the possibility of delegating the performance of any part of the contract to subcontractors.3 3.4.The Awarding Entity does not allow for partial or variant bids.3.7 The Awarding Entity does not provide for awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 par. 1 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law.3.8 The Awarding Entity does not provide for the requirements referred to in art. 29 par. 4 of the Public Procurement Law and for raising objections referred to in art. 36a par. 2 of the Act.
