Description

NWO wants to place all design for the organization including SIA, NRO, OS-NL and the public campaign for the NWA in a framework contract with external designers. This will allow NWO and other organizational units to place design assignments with the parties included in this framework contract. To this end, NWO is looking for designers for the design of on- and offline communication tools, but also for the overall design and graphic elements for a project or event, for example.
Scope of the AssignmentThe scope of the Assignment that is being tendered concerns the following :Communication and/or graphic design (in accordance with BNO branch monitor 2023);Exhibition and exhibition and fair design.These activities will be carried out for NWO (including Regieorgaan SIA, NRO, OS-NL and NWA) within the house styles of said organization and organizational units and for various target groups.For more information about the Assignment please refer to the Tender Documents.Purpose of the TenderThe purpose of this tender is to conclude a Framework Agreement for the performance of the Assignment as described and specified in more detail in the Tender Documents with 3 Tenderers who have/have submitted the most economically advantageous tender for the Assignment within the set frameworks of procurement law. The most economically advantageous tender will be determined on the basis of the best price-quality ratio/ lowest cost calculated on the basis of cost-effectiveness/ lowest price.
