Preparation of a municipal heating plan for the area of the municipality of Otterbach-Otterberg (in accordance with No. 1.11 of the Technical Annex to the Municipal Guidelines for a municipal heating plan and accompanying measures in accordance with 7.4 of the Local Authorities Directive); Scope of the service:; WP 1: Analysis of the current situation and energy and greenhouse gas balance including spatial presentation; WP 2: Quantitative and spatially differentiated analysis of potential to determine; energy saving potential and local\/renewable energy potential in the planned area; WP 3:; a) Target scenarios and development paths for the year 2045 with interim targets for the years 2030, 2035,; 2040.b) Development of a strategy and a catalog of measures to implement and achieve; energy and GHG savings WP 4: Involvement of administrative units and all other relevant actors, in particular; relevant energy suppliers (heat, gas, electricity), in the development of the target scenarios and; development paths as well as the measures to be implemented; WP 5: Continuation strategy including organizational structures and responsibilities\/responsibilities; taking into account the future Heat Planning Act and the associated future; state law; WP 6: Controlling concept for top-down and bottom-up tracking of target achievement including indicators; and framework conditions for data collection and evaluation; WP 7: Communication strategy for consensus- and support-oriented cooperation with all; target groups; ©: Edition 03\/2020: ; Accompanying measures:; - Final editing and printing of the plan; - Organization and implementation of stakeholder participation; - Accompanying public relations work
