Description
CORU requires strategic and operational HR services insourced as well as consultancy HR management services as set out in the Specifications of Service Requirements in Section 1.3. The successful Tenderer must be capable of delivering both strategic and operational HR management support services that includes organisational development and implementation; workforce planning and engagement; employee and industrial relations; conflict resolution and prevention. In additional CORU requires an insourced HR manager to provide cover for maternity leave, provision of a part-time or full-time onsite HR generalist and/ or administrator as and when required to cover periods of leave of absence; and other related services as may be required by CORU. Knowledge and experience of public sector HR is essential. The successful Tenderer must have competence to deal with statutory, political, governmental, Public Sector and other key stakeholders. The approximate number of CORU staff is 65 which are all based at Infinity Building, Georges Lane, Smithfield Dublin 7.
