Description
These terms and conditions shall govern the Public Proposal called by the CRSCO, for the contracting of the service of communications and security technician in the ICT Department and support technician in the ICT Department, in accordance with what is indicated in the Technical Bases, for a period of 36 months.
It will be understood that all suppliers know and irrevocably accept the contents of these Bases, by the sole fact of submitting offers in this purchase process. The technical characteristics or specifications will be evaluated on the basis of the offer that meets the requirements indicated in the bases and the suitability and technical quality of the bidder, in order to ensure that the successful bidder complies with the requirements that the CRSCO has specified for the execution of the tendered contract.
Any clarifications, rectifications, amendments, forms and their annexes shall be an integral part of these terms and conditions, all of which shall be duly published on the Mercado Público website.
