Chile - Contracting OF a co-payment service for outpatient medical services for residents OF the vitacura district with manifest vulnerability.

Description

The purpose of this bid is to hire a natural or legal person to provide health services with a fixed co-payment for the user, for a period of 12 months, ensuring access to health care for residents of the Vitacura district who have a public or private health care system (FONASA B, C or D or ISAPRE), and who have a socioeconomic qualification in the Social Registry of Homes (RSH), belonging to the 90% of lower income, who are in a state of manifest need and / or neighbors who are 60 years of age or older who are in a state of manifest need. In addition, they must have a valid and/or active Mi Vita card. Finally, those who have a National Disability Registry (RND) and are in a state of manifest need will also be considered.

In view of the above, the health provider (Bidder) must be in agreement with the aforementioned health provisions (FONASA and ISAPRE), according to what is indicated in the Technical Bases. The services covered by this bid are intended for residents of the Vitacura district who are in any of the conditions mentioned in the previous paragraph.

The defined object must be executed in accordance with what is indicated in the BAE, BT and BAG, Modifications and/or Clarifications (if applicable), Responses to Consultations, if any, and in the Contract, as well as in other requirements included in the Bidding documents.
