Description

HSE Procurement wishes to establish a new contract for the provision of Security Access and Maintenance on behalf of National Forensic Mental Health Services (“NFMHS”), at their facility in Portrane; NFMHS which is located at St. Ita’s Campus in Portrane, comprises of 130-bed adult forensic hospital spread across ten buildings within the campus. Due to the nature of the site and its business, it is imperative that the security system is supported and maintained to ensure the integrity of the site. The NFMHS has an integrated security platform which incorporates physical and logical elements all installed in accordance with the electrical specification as drawn up by the design consultants. The security system comprises elements from multiple vendors and manufactures integrated into one bespoke system. The requirement is to provide a proposal for supporting and maintaining an integrated system which includes Traka, Ascom, Stentofon, Encelium at NFMHS Portrane, Co. Dublin.
