NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The City of Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures (the "City") is seeking bids to enter into a technical services contract for the collection and transportation of residual materials (the "Contract").

The tender documents, any documents referred to therein and any additional documents related thereto can only be obtained through the Système électronique d'appel d'offres du Gouvernement du Québec (the "SEAO") (www.SEAO.ca) or by calling 1 866 669-7326. Obtaining documents is subject to the fees charged by this organization.

Bids must be received by 10:00:00 a.m., National Research Council of Canada official time, on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, the time and date of the public bid opening.

The Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA) and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) apply to this call for tenders.
