Description

The Ministry of Education and Child Care (the “Ministry”) invites interested suppliers to submit Responses to qualify for a Ministry Supply Arrangement - Open Framework (“MSA – OF”) with the Ministry, on substantially the terms and conditions set out in Schedule A, under which the Ministry intends to procure Consulting Services for the Framework for Enhancing Student Learning (“Consulting Services”).Consulting Services  will leverage the skills and experience of previous academic and education sector leaders in the Canadian public K-12 school system (e.g. Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, District Principals, Board of Education Chairs and Trustees, Secretary Treasurers, and other district leaders), as well as various other experts, to assist the Ministry and Boards of Education to build capacity along a continuum of supports to ensure each school district has a robust plan and meaningful actions in place to improve student outcomes. The Consulting Services are described in greater detail below, including in section 5 and the Appendices.Consulting Services will primarily be delivered through virtual means such as email and meetings through Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Depending on the demands of the Ministry’s Continuous Improvement Program (see Section 1.2), there may be some travel required for in-person Consulting Services.
