Request for Proposal  Consultancy Services to Enhance the Global Image of Mauritius  MAURITIUS TOURISM PROMOTION AUTHORITY Request for Proposal (Authorised under Section 16 of the Public Procurement Act 2006)   Open International Bidding   Consultancy Services to Enhance the Global Image of Mauritius   e-Procurement Reference: MTPA/IFB/2024/30    1.  The Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority (MTPA) is proceeding with a Request for Proposals and is inviting eligible and qualified international bidders to submit their proposals through e-Procurement System for Consultancy Services to Enhance the Global Image of Mauritius.   2.  BiddingDocument may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://publicprocurement.govmu.orgProcurement Reference Number on the System: MTPA/IFB/2024/30   3 Bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System as per Key Activity Schedule.   4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as per the Key Activity Schedule.   5. Bids received will be opened online as per the Key Activity Schedule.    6. For the purpose of submitting proposals online on e-Procurement System, it is mandatory for bidders to use a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) which can be procured through the Mauritius Post by applying online on the website https://www.mausign.govmu.org   7. Bidders are advised to procuretheir DSC well before preparing their bids.   8. Bidders requiring support to prepare and submit bids online are requested to contact the Help Desk of the Procurement Policy Office on the eprocdesk@govmu.org   9.
