Description

Petrojam Limited has committed funds towards the development and implementing of a business operations improvement programme. To this end, experienced consultants are invited to submit proposals to undertake said assessment on behalf of Petrojam Limited.

In 2018 to 2019, the Petrojam Review Committee (PRC) performed a strategic review for the business and made recommendations for improving the viability of the company. The review was comprehensive and offered several recommendations to include reduction of expenses and efficiency improvements along with other considerations.

The PRC has recommended that Petrojam conduct a comprehensive study to establish operations and profit improvement initiatives to position the refinery for a secure future.
