The Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) is inviting Request for Proposals (RFP) online through the Government e-Procurement System and is inviting potential Consultancy firms incorporated in Mauritius and abroadto submit their proposals for Assessing the Current Levy Grant Incentive Schemes & Proposing a Structure for Enhanced Incentive Schemes Aligned with Socio-Economic Development in the Republic of Mauritius. 2. Request for Proposal Documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: HRDC/IFB/2024/189 3. Proposals must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Monday 14 October 2024 up to 16hrs00 (Local Time)/12hrs00 (GMT) 4. Consultants who have submitted proposals online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals as from Monday 14 October 2024 from 16hrs01 (Local Time)/12hrs01 (GMT)till Wednesday 16 October 2024up to 14hrs00 (Local Time)/10hrs00 (GMT). 5. Proposals received will be opened online; Consultants’ representatives in Mauritius who choose to attend the opening shall be present the address given hereunder on Wednesday 16 October 2024up to 16hrs00 (Local Time)/12hrs00 (GMT).
