Description
This study will be for the contracting of consulting services, with professionals who have the necessary skills to develop the local energy strategy of the commune of Cartagena, with the participation of relevant stakeholders of the commune, identifying the potential for energy generation and efficiency, from the correct identification of local resources and taking into account the vision of development of the commune embodied in the communal development plan. The successful bidder must execute the contracted services in coordination with the municipal technical counterpart and the instructions given by the latter for the best achievement of the objectives in coordination with the energy sustainability agency and the ministry of energy through the regional seremi of the Valparaiso region.
