Description

The subject matter of the contract is the construction of a pumping pipeline in Łodygowice and further to the sewage treatment plant in Żywiec, with a total length of 2,445.0 m; gravity sewers with a total length of 143.5 m; a siphon under the Kalonka stream with a total length of 149.0 m; Modernization of the pumping station by recalculating its parameters and selecting pumps with increased efficiency.A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been included in part II (Contract template) and part III (Description of the subject matter of the contract, Building designs, Detailed designs, Geotechnical design, Water supply system, Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works) of the SWZ (Terms of Reference).
The subject matter of the contract is the construction of a pumping pipeline, through which the sanitary sewage from a part of the Lipowa Commune will be directed to the existing gravitational sanitary network in the area of the Czarnego settlement in Pietrzykowice (scope of Task 1). From there, using the existing pipes, wastewater will be directed to the existing wastewater pumping station "ŁŁA-P3" in the area of Wodna street in Łodygowice (scope of task 2) and further to the wastewater treatment plant in Żywiec.Scope of task 1Pressure pipelineTask 1 includes construction of a pressure pipeline from pipes Dz 225 mm PE 100-RC SDR17 PN10 with butt-welded or electrofusion joints for pressure sewerage.The length of the designed pressure pipeline is: In Lipowa: Dz 225 mm PE, L = 1 349.0 mIn Pietrzykowice: Dz225 mm PE, L = 1 096.0 mTotal: Dz 225 mm PE, L = 2 445.0 mGravity sewersGravity sewers have been designed as a short gravity section (from the expansion well to the connection well) with a diameter of Dz 315 mm PVC. Additionally, in the same area, extension of the existing gravitational sewer line by a section with a diameter of Dz160-200 mm PVC has been planned in order to enable connection to the sewer network of the building located on plot no. 986/9.The length of the designed sewerage is as follows:In Pietrzykowice: Dz 315 mm PVC, L = 54.5 mIn Pietrzykowice: Dz 200 mm PVC, L = 84.5 mIn Pietrzykowice: Dz 160 mm PVC, L = 4.5 mTotal: Dz 160-315 mm, PVC L = 143.5 mThe scope of task 2The siphon under the bottom of the Kalonka stream was designed from PE 100-RC SDR17 PN10 pipes with butt welded joints for pressure sewerage with a diameter of Dz 250 mm.The length of the designed sections of sanitary sewerage in Łodygowice is:Dz 250 mm PE, L = 74.0 mDz 315 mm PVC, L = 67.5 mDz 500 mm PVC, L = 7.5 mTotal: Dz 250-500 mm, L = 149.0 mModernization of the pumping stationIn connection with the expansion of the sewerage network and the increased inflow of sewage to the pumping station, it was necessary to recalculate the parameters of the pumping station and to select pumps with increased efficiency.
