Germany - Construction work for residential buildings

Description

The client owns apartments throughout Germany. The client plans to have vacant apartments, divided into 16 German regions, which cannot be rented out as a result of the need for refurbishment, structurally repaired as quickly as possible. The refurbishment services are required as part of an agile approach in different scopes of the apartments to be refurbished. The contracting authority will endeavor to award contracts for apartments that are comparable in terms of location and space in individual sprints as part of a dynamic procedure.---The services to be provided by the respective contractor will include all construction services required for the technically and technically flawless refurbishment of the apartments in accordance with the general rules of construction and technology, ready for occupancy and operation and in compliance with all official requirements.---Application deadline: 12.07.2023, later applications are possible at any time (§ 24 VgV).
For the refurbishment of the apartments, depending on the respective, apartment-related refurbishment requirements, essentially the following trades and services are required in uniform overall responsibility:- Painting- Flooring, tiling and slab laying- Electrical installation- Plumbing, gas, water, heating installation- Construction carpentry---The client will determine its respective concrete refurbishment requirements (in each case approx. 3-5 Whg) of locally and spatially grouped apartments within the framework of the Dynamic Procurement System, each with an invitation to tender to the companies suitable at that time in this region (pool of applicants). These companies then have the opportunity to inspect these apartments and submit bids.---This procedure refers to the following regions (the respective call-off services in the form of service sprints then refer to only one of these regions in each case):---- Region 1: Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (in particular: Binz, Greifswald, Rostock, Sanitz, Sassnitz, Schwerin, Stralsund, Wismar.- Region 2: Schleswig- Holstein with North Frisian Islands / Hamburg / Northern Lower Saxony (in particular: Alt Duvenstedt, Altenholz, Buxtehude, Hamburg, Heide, Itzehoe, Kiel, Kronshagen, Lüneburg, Neumünster, Stade-Bützfleth.- Region 3: Western Lower Saxony with East Frisian Islands / Bremen area (in particular: Bremen, Cuxhaven, Oldenburg, Rotenburg (Wümme), Verden (Aller), Wilhelmshaven.- Region 4: Lower Saxony / Magdeburg and Altmark area (in particular: Braunschweig, Goslar, Hannover, Minden, Munster, Neustadt am Rübenberge, Soltau, Wriedel, Wunstorf.- Region 5: Berlin and Brandenburg (in particular: Berlin, Niederfinow, Potsdam, Strausberg, Teltow, Unterspreewald.- Region 6: Saxony and southern Brandenburg (in particular: Bautzen, Cottbus, Dresden, Ebersbach-Neugersdorf, Großröhrsdorf, Königsbrück, Löbau, Pirna, Riesa, Weißwasser.- Region 7: Saxony-Anhalt and Saxony in particular: Bad Brambach, Chemnitz, Delitzsch, Frankenberg/Sa., Gera, Halle (Saale), Leipzig, Marienberg, Oberwiesenthal, Olbernhau, Peissen, Schneeberg.- Region 8: Thuringia and southern Lower Saxony (in particular: Bad Salzungen, Breitungen, Erfurt, Eschwege, Göttingen, Jena, Meinhard, Meiningen, Mühlhausen, Philippsthal (Werra), Sonneberg, Straufhain, Suhl, Tann (Rhön), Wildeck.- Region 9: Hessisches Bergland and Ostwestfalen/Lippe (in particular: Fritzlar, Kassel, Lippstadt, Marburg, Neustadt (Hesse), Paderborn, Soest, Stadtallendorf, Wolfhagen.- Region 10: North NRW (in particular: Bocholt, Dülmen, Düsseldorf, Münster, Unna, Waltrop, Wetter (Ruhr), Wuppertal.- Region 11: South NRW (in particular: Aachen, Bonn, Euskirchen, Cologne, Rheinbach, Troisdorf.- Region 12: western and southern Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland (in particular: Bad Bergzabern, Bruchmühlbach-Miesau, Daun, Homburg, Igel, Kleinblittersdorf, Landau, Neu-stadt, Perl, Perl-Eft-Hellendorf, Saarlouis, Schweich, Traben-Trarbach, Trier, Überherrn.- Region 13: Rhineland-Palatinate (Koblenz area) and Frankfurt/Main area and Spessart and Lower Franconia (in particular: Bad Homburg v.d. Höhe, Bad Kissingen, Darmstadt, Diez, Frankfurt am Main, Giebelstadt, Giessen, Koblenz, Langen, Mainz, Neu-Isenburg, Oberursel (Taunus), Wetzlar, Wiesbaden.- Region 14: Bavaria (in particular: Erding, Munich, Nuremberg, Regensburg.- Region 15: Northern Baden-Württemberg and Ulm area (in particular: Ellwangen (Jagst), Esslingen am Neckar, Heilbronn, Karlsruhe, Neu-Ulm, Ostfildern, Rastatt, Rheinstetten, Stuttgart.- Region 16: Southern Baden-Württemberg (in particular: Bad Säckingen, Freiburg im Breisgau, Friedrichshafen, Grenzach-Wyhlen, Konstanz, Langenargen, Lindau, Müllheim, Radolfzell am Bodensee, Rielasingen-Worblingen, Rottweil, Sigmaringen, Tettnang, Waldshut-Tiengen, Weil am Rhein.
