In the coming 6-7 years, Linea plans to build several stations in Helgeland. The assignments will be outsourced as individual contracts, either as turnkey contracts (NS8407) or execution contracts (NS8405).Partnering contracts may also be applicable.Tenderers must be qualified in accordance with this scheme to be able to submit tender offers in the coming tender contests. Linea has an increased need for electrotechnical equipment in the coming decade.Currently, most of this is covered by our procurements through an established wholesaler agreement, which applicable from 01.05.2022 - 01.02.2028.Based on the steady increase in the project portfolio, we would also like to be able to hold tender contests for individual procurements.This will typically apply to procurements within El number groups: 10, 11 and 28, but is not limited to these groups.This qualification scheme will also be applicable for new wholesaler framework agreements in spring 2028 at the earliest.Tenderers must be qualified in accordance with this scheme to be able to submit tender offers in the coming tender contests. In the next 6-7 years, Linea plans to build several large stations in Helgeland, and plans to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of device and control installations for these stations in spring of 2023. The framework agreement is also intended to be able to be used for upgrades and maintenance of existing installations.Framework agreements that are entered into with Linea are therefore non-exclusive, and the contracting authority reserves the right to outsource procurements where deemed appropriate.The framework agreement will i.a. apply for the following material:- 132 kV GIS installations- 132 kV AIS installations- 66 kV GIS installations- 66 kV AIS installations- 22 kV switchgears- 11 kV switchgears- Control systems- Protection- Necessary electrical installations in transformer stationsIn order to submit tender offers in the coming contest, tenderers are required to be qualified in this scheme. In the next 6-7 years, Linea plans to build several large stations in Helgeland and to purchase accompanying transformers. It will also apply to purchases of other transformers in connection with upgrading of the existing installations.Tenderers must be qualified in accordance with this scheme to be able to submit tender offers in the coming tender contests. Concerns large planned assignments related to the operation and maintenance of the grid. Typical assignments will often be complete LS/HS cable and line installations, ground work kiosks and stations, road work, etc.Linea currently has an ongoing framework agreement in the area, but plans to enter into a new framework agreement in spring 2023.In addition, Linea is planning to be able to outsource individual assignments that fall under this category, even though there is an existing framework agreement. These are being referred to as mini-contests.Tenderers must be qualified in accordance with this scheme to be able to submit tender offers for the framework agreement and any mini-contests. Linea has an increased need for electrotechnical equipment in the coming decade. This includes distribution transformers.Most of our procurements are currently covered through an established framework agreement for distribution transformers that is applicable for the period 01.03.2022 - 01.03.2026.Based on the steady increase in the project portfolio and increased requirements for preparedness, we would like to also be able to outsource individual procurements. This qualification scheme will also apply for new framework agreements by winter 2025/26 at the latest.Tenderers must be qualified in accordance with this scheme to be able to submit tender offers in the coming tender contests. Linea has an increased need for electrotechnical equipment in the coming decade. This includes prefabricated grid and switching stations, switchboards and breakers.Most of our procurements are currently covered through an established framework agreement for Grid stations that is applicable for the period01.03.2022 - 01.03.2026.Based on the steady increase in the project portfolio and increased requirements for preparedness, we would like to also be able to outsource individual procurements. This qualification scheme will also apply for new framework agreements by winter 2025/26 at the latest.Tenderers must be qualified in accordance with this scheme to be able to submit tender offers in the coming tender contests. Linea has increased need for external engineering design and consultancy services in the coming decade. The following services may be requested:- Engineering design of high-voltage cable and line installations - Electrotechnical Engineering Design of 22-132 kV grid stations and transformer stations- Civil engineering Engineering Design of 22-132 kV grid stations and transformer stations- Other assistance and preparations related to concession applications, environment, geology, archaeology, etc. Most of our procurements are currently covered through an established framework agreement for Engineering design services that is applicable for the period(01.08.2021 - 01.08.2025.Based on the steady increase in the project portfolio, we would also like to be able to hold tender contests for individual procurements.This qualification scheme will also apply for new framework agreements from spring 2025 at the latest.Tenderers must be qualified in accordance with this scheme to be able to submit tender offers in the coming tender contests. Linea has an increased need for external project management in the coming decade. This may concern both large and small assignments within the construction of cable and line installations and stations, etc.We are planning to enter into a separate framework agreement for such services that will be applicable for the period 01.05.2023 - 01.05.2027.Based on the steady increase in the project portfolio, we would also like to be able to hold tender contests for individual procurements.This qualification scheme will also apply for new framework agreements planned for spring 2023.Tenderers must be qualified in accordance with this scheme to be able to submit tender offers in the coming tender contests. Linea needs to be able to hire a machine contractor/excavation contractor for minor temporary assignments. Typical assignments will often be assignments to support our assembly department in preparedness and maintenance assignments. In 2023, Linea plans to prepare a content package for Machine Contractor - Minor Assignments in cooperation with the chosen contractor wherein, for example, which requirements apply to tenderers, HMS, equipment, execution, terms and conditions and pricing will be agreed upon.
