New construction of the Rohr wastewater treatment plant with RÜB and connecting collector,The contract covers the part TO 3 new construction of the wastewater treatment plant.The safe operation of the old plant is to be ensured to the full extent during the construction period. Execution of the lots:- Lot 2, Structural part- Lot 3, Mechanical and process equipment- Lot 4, E-MSR technical equipment
TO 3: New construction of the complete wastewater treatment plant including necessary infrastructure and pipeline construction,- New construction of the waterline consisting of inlet lift, combined structure with screen and sand trap, inlet measurement, distribution structure, biological stage as a combined basin 2-strassig, return sludge pumping station, excess sludge pumping station, outlet measurement, operating and technical building with service water station, network replacement system, precipitant station, lime station and biofilter including necessary pipe laying and infrastructure, commissioning by 15.New construction of the sludge line consisting of turbid water storage with pumping station, sludge storage tank, sludge dewatering area incl. necessary piping and infrastructure, commissioning until 03.02.2025, participation in trial operation until 28.03.2025- reconstruction during ongoing operation- deconstruction work, successively according to the requirements of the new construction work TO 3: New construction of the complete technical equipment of the wastewater treatment plant incl. necessary infrastructure and piping, - construction of the new sludge line consisting of turbid water storage with pumping station, sludge storage tank, sludge dewatering area incl. necessary piping and infrastructure, - reconstruction during ongoing operation, deconstruction work, successively according to the requirements of the new construction work. New construction of the mechanical and process engineering equipment for the waterline, consisting of intake lift, combined plant with screen and sand trap, intake measurement, distribution structure, biological stage as a 2-strand combination basin, return sludge pumping station, excess sludge pumping station, discharge measurement, operating and technical building with service water station, mains replacement plant, precipitant station, lime station and biofilter, including the necessary piping and infrastructure. 2024, participation in trial operation until May 16, 2024 and compliance with monitoring values from May 17, 2024- New construction of the mechanical and process engineering equipment for the sludge line consisting of turbid water storage tank with pumping station, sludge storage tank and pumping station, sludge dewatering area including necessary pipe laying and infrastructure, commissioning until February 3, 2025, participation in trial operation until March 28, 2025.2025- Reconstruction during ongoing operation- Deconstruction work, successively as required by the new construction work- Preparation of the plant planningFollowing essential plant groups are to be implemented:Mechanical and process engineering equipment of the waterline:- Inlet pumping station / submersible motor pumps- Combined plant with screen and grit/grease trap- Grit classifier- Service water plant- Inlet measurement, IDM-Z- Distributor construction- Return sludge screws- Excess sludge pumps- Blower station- Aerators for the combined basins- Agitators for the combined basins- Outlet measurement, IDM-A- BiofilterMachine and process equipment of the sludge line:- Turbid water pumping station- Turbid water storage tank- Agitators and turbid water discharge- Sludge storage tank, agitators and turbid water discharge- Sludge pumps- Macerator TO 3: New construction of the complete technical equipment EMSR technology of the wastewater treatment plant including. New construction of the technical equipment E-MSR of the waterline consisting of intake lift, combined plant with rake and sand trap, intake measurement, distribution structure, biological stage as a combined basin with 2 lines, return sludge pumping station, excess sludge pumping station, discharge measurement, operating and technical building with service water station, mains replacement plant, precipitant station, lime station and biofilter including the necessary piping and infrastructure. Commissioning by 15.03.2024, participation in trial operation until 16.05.2024 and compliance with monitoring values from 17.05.2024- New construction of the technical equipment E-MSR of the sludge line consisting of turbid water storage tank with pumping station, sludge storage tank with pumping station, sludge dewatering area, incl. necessary piping and infrastructure.
