Participation is limited to citizens of Mauritius or entities incorporated in Mauritius. Joint ventures should be among entities incorporated in Mauritius. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: RDA/IFB/2024/421. 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by 14 October 2024 up to 13.30 hrs. (Mauritian Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from14 October 2024 as from 14:31 hours (Mauritian Time) till 16 October 2024 at 14:00 hours (Mauritian Time). 5. Interested bidders should register by signing up on the e-Procurement System of the Government of Mauritius on http://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.orgin order to participate in the bidding exercise.
