Chile - Construction OF access plaza to ief Florida community

Description

The project considers the development of a small square at the access to the Inés Enríquez Frödden IEF high school located in the El Esfuerzo neighborhood in the urban sector of Florida, called Florida Alto, which includes mallorca tile pavements, colors according to the project, inside it is planned the installation of urban furniture, inclusive benches, wastebaskets and metallic shaders, as well as works to be carried out in situ such as concrete planters, stairs and ramps, works that allow configuring the different levels of the small square and relate them to each other. Also considered is the installation of concrete separators, which run parallel to the passageway, the installation of a clean point and landscaping works within the planters. All of the above according to the plans and technical specifications prepared for this purpose.
