Description
The City of Kirkland is seeking bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW REFRIGERATED SKATEWAY AT HOLLEUFER PARK, located in the City of Kirkland.
The work is described in the specifications booklet, and includes, among other things:
- Demolition, earthwork and backfill;
- Drainage;
- Gravel surfaces and stonework;
- Concrete for exterior landscaping;
- Asphalt and acrylic coating;
- Supply and installation of chiller;
- Chain link fence;
- Furniture and sports equipment;
- Site refurbishment;
- New electrical connection.
The work will be carried out in 2025, but the order for the chiller will have to be placed as soon as the contract is awarded, so as not to delay construction of the ice rink.
