1.1 PURPOSE OF THE INVITATION TO TENDER
By the present call for tenders, the City of Sept-Îles is requesting bids for the construction of a new arena in Sept-Îles, all in accordance with the technical documents prepared by the firms :
- Architecture: Lemay CO Inc. and LG4
- Engineering: Cima+
- Refrigeration: Delisle-Despaux et associés inc.
- Food services: Bouthillette-Parizeau inc.
The work will be carried out in two phases:
- Phase 1: Construction of the new arena
- Phase 2: Demolition of Conrad-Parent arena
