CONSTRUCTION OF CANOPY AND ELECTRICAL ROOM

The Société de transport du Saguenay is requesting bids for the design and construction of a marquee for electric vehicle charging and a new main electrical room in the Chicoutimi borough, as part of the government's assistance program for public passenger transportation (PAGTCP).

Financial guarantees and other requirements may be specified in the tender documents.

Tenders must be received at the secretariat of the procurement division of the City of Saguenay, 3501, rue du Roi-Georges, Jonquière (Québec) G7X 1V6 (tel.: 418 698-3055) or electronically via SÉAO. These will be opened as soon as possible after the closing date and time for receipt of bids, in the presence of interested bidders.

Only bids from contractors with a place of business in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by such agreement and, where applicable, whose license is required under the Building Act (R.S.Q. c-B-1.1), will be considered for awarding the contract.

The Société de transport du Saguenay does not undertake to accept the bid with the highest final score, or any of the bids received, and will not incur any obligation whatsoever towards the bidder or bidders.
