Description
It is the intent of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to conduct a two-stage solicitation process initiated with this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”). A second solicitation will be issued to only those successful Respondents that are prequalified. This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Respondents to submit Responses to become Pre-Qualified to participate in a solicitation for Construction Management Services for construction of a Supportive Housing building to be located in Fraser Region, BC, as further described in Appendix A – Scope of Work.The contact person for this procurement process at BC Housing will be: Lucia Campos Pacheco, Supply Chain Managementlpacheco@bchousing.orgAll queries and information requests are to be made in writing only to the contact at the above email address. No submission will be accepted from respondents who did not submit the signed NDA.Responses must be submitted electronically through BC Bid to www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca.
