Lot 2 (participation) Combined construction services, assembly, liability and planning liability insurance for the construction project "SFS 1733 Hannover-Würzburg RA3a" for the owner DB Netz AG as well as for all companies commissioned by DB Netz AG to plan, supervise and execute this construction project.

For information on Lot 1 (guided tour) see: https://www.subreport.de/E15295875 DB Netz is planning the renewal of the High Speed Line (SFS) 1733 from Hanover to Würzburg in several sections. The 1733 Hanover-Würzburg high-speed line has been in operation since 1989 and 1991 respectively and is used for high-quality long-distance passenger rail transport. At night fast freight trains run on the line. The realisation section 3a: section from Fulda to Würzburg ranges from 238.808 km to 326.550 km and comprises a length of 87.742 km with 96 points. Furthermore, the section under consideration of SFS 1733 includes: 20 tunnels (length 39.5 km) and 16 viaducts (length 9.1 km). In the course of the projects in the RA3a, 112.5 km of tracks, 58.5 km of rail replacement on both sides, 69 points (2 x 190, 12 x 300, 2 x 500, 22 x 1200, 29 x 2500, 2 x 6000/7000) and 17 rail extensions are to be renewed. The investment sum for this project with a currently planned construction period until December 2022 is estimated at approx. EUR 221 million. The insurance contract advertised here will replace the existing contract. The currently planned construction period is expected to end on 31 December 2022.Accordingly, the provisional term of the insurance contract is also planned to end on 31 December 2022 (plus extended maintenance and subsequent liability - see below -).The insurance contract will commence after completion of the tendering procedure vsl. from 15 February 2021 (if applicable later) following a currently existing preliminary cover.(Type H-EU) In liability insurance, the sum insured per claim is 20,000,000 EUR lump sum for personal injury, property damage and financial losses, including benefits from environmental liability insurance.In planning liability insurance, a separate sum insured per claim of 10,000,000 EUR lump sum for property damage and financial losses is available.The aforementioned sums insured are tripled.Extended maintenance in the construction and installation insurance part is 42 months. The subsequent liability in the liability insurance part is 10 years, in the environmental liability and environmental damage insurance 5 years.the general deductible is 10 000 EUR For personal injury this is not applicable.
