Lot 1 (contract management) of the combined construction services, assembly, liability and planning liability insurance for the construction project "Erdinger Ringschluss LosB1 - vorgezogene Inbetriebnahme Schwaigerloh" for the client DB Netz AG as well as for all companies commissioned by DB Netz AG with the planning, supervision and execution of this construction project.
The subject of this award is Lot 1 (contract management with a management quota of 30%) of the combined construction services, assembly, liability and planning liability insurance for the construction project "Erdinger Ringschluss LosB1 - early commissioning Schwaigerloh".DB Netz AG is planning the construction project known as "Erdinger Ringschluss", a new double-track railway line to be built at the Altenerding station, connecting to the Schwaigerloh station. Altenerding to the existing line 5601 Markt Schwaben - Erding and ending at the terminus of the line 5556 Johanneskirchen - Munich Airport directly east of the Munich Airport Terminal station with the Erding Fliegerhorst (S-Bahn) and Schwaigerloh (S-Bahn) stations. This will further improve the rail connection to Munich Airport, taking into account the Munich 2nd Main Line S-Bahn operating program.The area modified with the construction stage II northern introduction (Erdinger Ringschluss) includes:- the station section (Bft.) Munich Airport Terminal,- the Schwaigerloh station with the Schwaigerloh turning and stabling facility,- the line 5556 Munich-Johanneskirchen-Btf. Munich Airport Terminal approx. km 30.630 to km 33.660 (end of line)- the line 5601 Markt Schwaben-Bft. Munich Airport Terminal approx. km 12.5 to approx. km 27 (end of line)- the line 5606 from the Obergeislbach branch to the Erding station as preparatory measures for construction stage III.The investment sum for this project with a currently planned construction period until 14.12.2025 is estimated at EUR 83.930 million. Of this amount, approx. EUR 4.969 million has already been settled under an existing contract. The new insurance contract tendered here will replace the existing contract and is expected to run until 14.12.2025. The provisional term of the insurance contract is accordingly EUR 83.930 million. Accordingly, the provisional term of the insurance contract is also planned to run until 14.12.2025 (plus Extended Maintenance and Subsequent Liability - see below). The insurance contract will commence after the end of the tendering procedure vsl. from 20.12.2021 (possibly later) following a currently existing advance cover (type H-EU). In the liability insurance, the sum insured per claim is EUR 20,000,000 lump sum for bodily injury, property damage and financial loss, including the benefits from the environmental liability insurance. In the planning liability insurance, a separate sum insured per claim of EUR 10,000,000 lump sum for property damage and financial loss is available. The aforementioned sums are triple maximised.The Extendend Maintenance in the Construction Work and Erection Insurance part is 42 months. The general deductible is at least EUR 10,000. The deductible does not apply to personal injury. Within the scope of the extended planning liability insurance, the contractual deductible amounts to EUR 100,000 per claim. The extended planning cover is included in the planning liability insurance. Note: For technical reasons, a separate transaction with its own reference number must be created for each lot of this contract on the "subreport ELViS" award platform used for this procedure.
