Maritime Works
- Paved esplanade for land works and beaching of 17 boats.
- Retaining walls with verteolas and protective rockfill at the foot.
- 2 berthing fronts with 3 levels of berthing chocks.
- 2 cranes for loading and unloading of products and hoisting of vessels.
- Metal railings and mooring elements Bitas and Mini bitas.
- Grouting breakwater
- Exterior ramp for nautical sports + small esplanade.
Land Works
- 17 Boxes of 3x2m with roofed circulation corridors.
- Shade for filleting on esplanade.
- Sales stall facing the street with ice chamber and garbage room.
- Main building with meeting room on the 1st floor and administrative offices and restrooms on the 2nd floor.
- Inclusive restrooms with showers and dressing rooms.
- Casino and kitchen for fishermen.
Electrical installations, drinking water and sewage.
