Chile - Conservation of educational complex Caracoles SG

Description

The subject matter of this tender is to satisfy the need to execute the appropriate and necessary works to carry out the conservation works of the Caracoles Educational Complex, located at Eduardo Frei 456 in the town of Sierra Gorda, this work includes the improvement of pavements in various areas of the establishment. The project includes works for the conservation of the pavement of the court, maintenance and painting of the roofed structure of the court, conservation of the stage, conservation of floors in classrooms and laboratories, conservation of floors in circulation corridors in patios, replacement of rubber flooring in ramps and stairs, replacement of sanitary fixtures and bathroom floors, among other minor repairs that will complement the most relevant items.
