Description
The subject of the framework agreement is test engineering services in accordance with the specifications of the service description.
The test engineering services are divided into the following service areas:
- Service area 01: Solid construction
- Service area 02: Metal construction
- Service area 03: Timber construction
Note: With regard to the significance / approval for so-called "partial service areas", reference is made to Section 7 (2) of the framework agreement.
Due to the definition of terms in this announcement form, the service areas are hereinafter also referred to as "lots".
The framework agreements for the provision of the services described in more detail in the service description (Annex 1 to the framework agreement) are concluded by means of a so-called "open house procedure" (for more details, see Section VI.3 and the cover letter, which can be accessed via the electronic address specified in Section I.3).
For each contractor, the framework agreement to be concluded covers the individual service areas described in more detail in the service description (Annex 1 to the framework agreement) for which the admission requirements have been demonstrated with the application for admission.
Individual orders placed on the basis of the concluded framework agreement may cover all services or only parts of one or more service areas for which a contractor has been approved.
The open house procedure runs from publication until 30.04.2028. Applications for approval and thus the conclusion of a framework agreement can take place during the entire term of the open house procedure.
A framework agreement comes into force upon approval of an applicant and ends on 30.04.2028.
