Description

The purpose of this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is to approve solvent suppliers of the different categories of elements (6 lots) for the subsequent acquisition of the equipment needed by ANIMSA or its clients/associates.
This lot may include workstation computers, monitors, disks, laptops, peripherals, various complementary material (such as, for example, webcams, projectors, batteries, keyboards, mice, cases, hard disks, memory modules, etc.), spare parts and components for expansion. Due to the wide variability of needs to be met within this lot, detailed specifications for the definition of the object of the contract will be established in each purchase request. This lot may include the purchase of server and micro-server computers, as well as complementary elements (storage expansions, trays, chassis, disks, memories, etc.) Due to the wide variability of needs to be met within this lot, each purchase request will establish the detailed specifications for the definition of the object of the contract. Within this lot may be purchased, among other items: professional inkjet printers, monochrome laser printers workgroup, color laser printers, color inkjet multifunction, multifunction printers / scanner, plotter, spare parts and expansion or complementary items (trays, cables, etc.) Due to the wide variability of needs to be met within this lot, each purchase request will establish the detailed specifications for the definition of the object of the contract. Within this lot, various communications elements may be acquired, such as switches, IP or SIP telephones and wifi access points, including the acquisition of modules or small associated material (SFP's, SFP+'s, DAC cables, etc.), as well as licenses if necessary for the correct operation of the devices (management licenses for wifi access points, PBX licenses for SIP or IP terminals). The acquisition of these elements can consist of either pure supply or supply and installation. The installation may consist, as a guideline, of physical assembly (racking, wall mounting, etc.) at the destination location of the device, connection to a network point or nearby rack and, at least, initial configuration of the device (provision of management IP). Due to the wide variability of needs to be met within this lot, each purchase request will establish the detailed specifications for the definition of the object of the contract, as well as whether or not installation is necessary and the minimum human resources required. Within this lot, firewall elements may be purchased in "turnkey" format, i.e. fully installed and configured and in working order. The acquisition may include the supply and installation in the firewall of different licenses or license packages to provide the element with greater functionalities, such as web filtering, IPS, user recognition and user permissions management, etc. The installation will consist of the initial configuration of the device, providing it with the addressing supplied by ANIMSA, as well as a standardized configuration of zones and basic rules. ANIMSA will provide the successful bidder with a template for each device to be acquired, on the basis of which this configuration will be carried out. The installation will also include on-site installation in the premises of the entity associated with ANIMSA, commissioning and connection of other elements to the firewall, and tests to ensure proper operation, all in coordination with ANIMSA personnel managing the client's infrastructures. This lot includes the supply of all types of mobile devices for communications: voice-only cell phones, Smartphone type cell phones, USB 4G or similar, MiFis, etc. The lot also includes the supply of accessories and small material such as batteries, cables, chargers, headsets, covers, covers-keyboard, etc. The scope of this lot is exclusively the supply of equipment, leaving out of it both the configuration of the same and the contracting of voice lines and/or mobile data.Due to the wide variability of needs to be met within this lot, in each purchase request will be established the detailed specifications for the definition of the object of the contract.
