PROJECT: The TOWN OF PORT-CARTIER is seeking tenders for the collection and transportation of waste and organic materials, as more fully described in the tender documents.
TENDER DOCUMENTS: Persons interested in bidding may obtain a copy of all tender documents, including bid forms, only via the electronic tendering system ("SEAO") website at www.seao.gouv.qc.ca, starting October 25, 2025.
SUBMISSION OF TENDERS: Tenders must comply with the specifications set out in the tender documents and be received by the Service du greffe, at the following address, before the time indicated on the following closing date:

Alternatively, bids may be submitted electronically. This can only be done via the SEAO and in accordance with the procedure prescribed by the SEAO.
BID CLOSING: Bids will be received no later than November 26, 2024, until 2:30 p.m. The opening of bids will take place publicly on the same date and at the same time, in the municipal council chambers (RC-12) located at City Hall, at the above address, in the presence of interested persons.
