PUBLIC TENDER
Collection and transportation of non-recyclable residual materials, organics, green waste and bulky items
VM-2024-09(P)
The Ville de Montmagny is requesting bids for the collection and transportation of non-recyclable and organic residual materials, green residues and bulky items for the years 2025 to 2029 (5 years).
Tender documents are available from SÉAO (Système électronique d'appel d'offres) at 1-866-669-7326 or at http://www.seao.ca, and are subject to SÉAO rates.
Tenders will be received at the office of the undersigned, located at 143, rue Saint-Jean-Baptiste Est, in Montmagny G5V 1K4, in a sealed envelope or by electronic deposit via the SEAO site until September 19, 2024, at 11 a.m., and marked "Tender - Collection of residual materials", to be publicly opened on the same day, at 11:05 a.m. Bids received by fax, e-mail or otherwise will not be considered. Tenderers must pay particular attention to the documents they must enclose with their tender, as required in the specifications.
The Ville de Montmagny does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids submitted. The Ville de Montmagny assumes no responsibility for any costs incurred by bidders in preparing their bids, or for any errors or omissions in any written notices or documents transmitted electronically. All bidders must therefore ensure that they have obtained all documents relating to this call for tenders before submitting a bid. The City also reserves the right to delete portions of the specifications, or to waive any of the conditions listed, or to award portions of the contract if it deems it appropriate to do so. It also reserves the right not to accept any of the bids received if, in particular, they prove to be higher than market rates. In addition, the City may disregard any formal defects or minor flaws in the bid.
