Clearance of a brownfield site of approx. 30,000 m² in the Bernau-Rehberge industrial estate. The area belonged to a former military property until 1993 and is being developed into commercial space.
All trees, hedges and shrubs above ground are to be removed as part of this work. Work below ground level is strictly prohibited. All stumps and roots will therefore remain for the time being and will be removed later on site. The trunk and branch wood as well as all brushwood is to be removed and recycled according to the bidder's specifications.
In detail these are
approx. 250 trees trunk diameter up to 19 cm (up to 60 cm trunk circumference); tree height up to approx. 10 m
approx. 100 trees trunk diameter 20 to 30 cm (up to 95 cm trunk circumference); tree height up to approx. 12 m
approx. 30 trees trunk diameter 30 to 60 cm (up to 190 cm trunk circumference); tree height up to approx. 15 m
approx. 10 trees trunk diameter 60 cm to 1 m (up to 3.15 m trunk circumference); tree height up to approx. 20 m
approx. 4000 m² hedges and shrubbery in several individual areas
