Description

This contract is a mixed market:- it is an ordinary market with a fixed price for buildings given year-round: Clermont Montal, Les Lilas, Fouchet GHJ, Fouchet KL, Minvielle, Fouchet M, Zaragoza, Vieux-Moulin, Jeanne d'Albret, Sentiers du Roy, Blourète A, Blourète B, Le Poey, Arousette, Ouzoum, La Moneda, Febus, Louise Michel, Saint-Martin, La Roussane, Mozart, La Teulère, Malère, La Fontaine, Normandie, Rabelais, La Bergerie, Rimbaud, Jeanne Duval, Bastille, Le Tigre, Labarrere, Yerma, Pombie, Néfliers, Bois Gentil, Béatrice, Romarins, La Chêneraie, Richelieu, Les Jardins d'Anayet and the Office's headquarters as well as for cleaning the windows of the Office's headquarters and cleaning all underground car parks are entrusted on an annual basis,- it is a framework agreement with purchase orders for the replacement services of absent Office agents (illness on training leave, RTT) and for additional services.
