Description

In order to maintain the value of the properties used by TK in Hamburg in Bramfelder Straße 110, 113-121, 140 and Habichtstraße 41, regular cleaning of the interior glass, sun protection (not the cloth, only the frame) and exterior glass/facade must be carried out. In addition, the Contractor shall carry out special cleaning on the premises of the company headquarters at the request of the TK.the start of the service is 15.4.2021.the double-sided glass surface of all buildings comprises approx. 50,000 QM, the façade surfaces incl. external glass surfaces for the company headquarters itself approx. 30,000 QM.a site inspection before submitting a tender is mandatory (see invitation to tender).all further information can be found in the tender documents.

The expected tournaments for façade cleaning are stored for the various components and the expected year of execution in Appendix A1, Price Sheet. Some areas are cleaned more often, as they are used by customers, others less frequently.window and blind cleaning always takes place at the same time.cleaning work is always distributed over the months to be used on the basis of an annual plan.
