Description
Your firm is invited to submit a bid on the following work:
Complete an acid wash of the pool deck and both pools including the walls and floors. Previous maintenance programs were completed in phases, see layout included, to reduce requirement for harness and tethers to be worn while completing the deck work. Phasing is up to the contractor to propose and to coordinate emptying of the pools with the Owner.
There are some areas of the pool deck that require regrouting as well as some missing or damaged tiles which require repair and/or replacement. Quantities for tile work can be gathered at the site visit.
Tenders will be received at the Facilities Management office or via Email up to 2:00 PM, Regina Time, on the 19th day of November, 2024.
A Consent of Surety for Labour & Material and Performance bonds will be required.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting Site visit is scheduled for 11:00 AM, on the 7th day of November, 2024. Meeting location is the Centre for Kinesiology located off Goldenrod Loop at the University of Regina Campus 3737 Wascana Parkway, Regina SK.
