Description

The City of Lethbridge acknowledges that we are gathered on the lands of the Blackfoot people of the Canadian Plains and pays respect to the Blackfoot people past, present and future while recognizing and respecting their cultural heritage, beliefs, and relationship to land. The City of Lethbridge offers respect to the Metis and all who have lived on this land and made Lethbridge their home.
The City of Lethbridge requires a COR/SECOR certified contractor to assist Facility Services with overhead door repairs, installations, and provide emergency call-out services for overhead doors.

Scope
The contractor is to provide labour, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the repair, preventative maintenance, installation, and emergency callouts for, but not limited to, the following types of doors.
• Overhead & Steel Craft Commercial Overhead Doors
• Metal Roll Up Doors
• TNR Industrial Rapid Roll Overhead Doors
The contractor is to ensure the performance and quality of work is done in a safe and timely manner. The work will be assigned on a planned and scheduled basis and will be pre-approved by Facility Services.
The term of the contract will be a fixed five (5) year term.
