Description
The Building Envelope Commissioning Authority Services Standing Arrangement will be used across the City of Edmonton and managed/coordinated by Facility Planning and Design to allow for commissioning of new construction and renovations. The standing arrangement may also be used for recommissioning or retro-commissioning of building envelopes of existing buildings.
