Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.

2. The City of Calgary, on behalf of the Calgary Fire Department, is looking to acquire and implement a cost-effective solution to replace the Calgary Fire Department’s current records management technology.

The new solution will provide the required business and technical functionality in support of the CFD’s operations related to incident management, investigations, inspections, personnel, and other records management functions.

3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and will not create a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

4. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of four (4) years.
Pricing must remain the same for the initial term.
After the initial term, the Agreement may be extended two (2) times for three (3) years each time for a total maximum term of ten (10) years.
