Description

View Changes This requirement is a one-time, firm-fixed price procurement for F-15 Avionics Circuit Card Assembly, ND Number 5998ND165695LRN, Part Number 616180-1, quantity three (3) each.  The Circuit Card Assembly is used to support repairs on the F-15 Weapon Systems. 
Delivery is 30 days after receipt of (ARO) executed Purchase Order.  All assets will be shipped FOB Origin.
NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED, and no hard copies will be mailed out.
This proposed contract action is a 100% small business set-aside, IAW FAR 19.5. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
Quotes will be evaluated, and award made in accordance with the attached Request for Quote (RFQ).  All questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing (by email) to:
          LynTasia.Harris@us.af.mil with a courtesy copy to Stacylee.Johnson.1@us.af.mil.
NO QUESTIONS MAY BE SUBMITTED BY TELEPHONE. All questions and answers will be uploaded to www.SAM.gov. However, the identity of the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for RFQ and all amendments / revisions and to check the SAM.gov site prior to submission of quote.
Completed Request for Quotes and applicable documents are due 5:00 PM EST, 19 September 2024.
