Public body :

The Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM) would like to acquire professional services to carry out a study evaluating different decarbonization scenarios in order to reach the CHUM's GHG emission reduction targets and zero emissions by 2040.

Authorization to contract issued by L'AMP :

Any company wishing to enter into a service or construction contract with a public body must, if the contract involves an expenditure equal to or greater than the applicable thresholds determined by the government, be authorized on the date of submission of its bid. In the case of a consortium, each company must be individually authorized at this date.

The value of the contract, including net taxes, must be taken into account when determining the need for a contractual authorization. For CHUM contracts, the applicable thresholds, including net taxes, are as follows:
