Description
The scope of this CfQ is to establish a Contractor for the provision of a service, namely the certification of workshop machines under the remit of the Manufacturing and Services Directorate (MSD) within the Public Works Department. The contract shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the last date of signature on the Contract Agreement. The contract’s validity period may be extended further by up to one (1) year or until the contract value has been reached, whichever comes first. Such certification shall be carried out by a Competent Person (Key Expert/s) to comply with Health and Safety Regulations.
